Project Overview
The objective of this project was to design and manufacture a machine that would fold a small cardboard box. The machine automatically takes a flattened box from a hopper, forms it into a cube shape using a series of pneumatic cylinders and 3D printed parts, and then closes the top flaps with servo-controlled arms. The entire process is automated and controlled by a microcontroller, utilizing various sensors for positioning and sequencing.
